We are pleased to share that the Career Ready Berks Platform has officially relaunched!

Career Ready Berks connects Berks County educators, students, and local businesses to create meaningful opportunities such as job shadowing, internships, workplace tours, and guest speaking engagements. The refreshed platform makes it easier than ever to link classroom learning with real-world experiences, helping students discover career pathways and develop the skills needed for future success.

As part of this relaunch, the Berks County Intermediate Unit (BCIU) has updated business contact information and enhanced tools that allow educators to find and coordinate opportunities more efficiently. These improvements support schools in meeting Pennsylvania’s Career Education and Work (CEW) Standards and career readiness benchmarks.

We encourage you to:

• Explore the platform and see what new opportunities are available to students
• Share the resource with your school counselors, career coordinators, and teachers
• Encourage staff to integrate career exploration experiences into classroom and program activities.
